Shipping Policy

At WhirlWell International, we strive to provide fast, reliable, and hassle-free shipping for our customers. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, estimated delivery times, costs, and other relevant details to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within Canada and the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer support team before placing an order.
3. Processing Time
• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
4. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We use LTL freight as our primary shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
• Canada Orders: 3-10 business days
• US Orders: 7-15 business days
5. Shipping Costs
• We offer free ground shipping for orders within Ontario (ON) and Quebec (QC).
• For other provinces in Canada, we cover a portion of the shipping cost, ensuring customers pay only a minimal shipping fee.
• For US orders, we charge a shipping fee based on the size and weight of the order, meaning different products may have different shipping fees.
6. Free Shipping Policy
Free shipping includes delivery to your front door or driveway but does not include in-home delivery. If you require delivery to a specific room or need white glove service, please contact us for additional shipping charges.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to request a cancellation or make any changes to your order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible by telephone at +1 (888) 863-9598 or email at info@whirlwell.ca (Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM). Unfortunately, once an order has been sent to our warehouse, we cannot guarantee cancellation or changes as we work quickly to process your order.
8. Delivery Scheduling & Missed Deliveries
Our shipping carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. If they are unable to reach you and we, as the seller, are also unable to make contact, the carrier may proceed with delivery without an appointment or signature. In such cases, we are not responsible for any loss resulting from an unattended delivery. Please ensure you provide an accurate contact number and email address to avoid delivery issues.
9. Order Tracking & Confirmation
• You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order.
• A second email with tracking details will be sent once your order has shipped.
• Tracking numbers will be provided when available.
10. Undeliverable or Lost Packages
• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
• If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
11. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged package and items. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund as applicable.
12. International Shipping
For customers outside of Canada and the United States, please reach out to our support team for a custom shipping quote and estimated delivery time. International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
