5. Shipping & Delivery

•    Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
•    Free ground shipping is available for Ontario (ON) and Quebec (QC) orders.
•    For other provinces in Canada, we cover part of the shipping cost to minimize customer expenses.
•    US orders have a shipping fee based on size and weight.
•    Our shipping carrier will schedule deliveries. If they are unable to contact you and delivery is made without a signature, we are not responsible for any loss.

6. Returns & Refunds

•    We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original packaging.
•    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
•    Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
•    Some items, such as custom-made or clearance products, are not eligible for returns.

7. Warranty & Liability

•    Our products may be covered under manufacturer warranties. Please check the product description or contact us for details.
•    WhirlWell International is not liable for damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
