Warranty Policy

1. Overview

At WhirlWell International, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing our customers with reliable warranties. This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions of our product warranties, including coverage, exclusions, and how to make a claim.

2. Warranty Coverage

We offer the following warranty on our products, under normal residential use and service:

  • Whirlpool Bathtubs:
    5 years on the bathtub shell against defects in materials and workmanship.
    - 2 years on mechanical and electronic components (motor, blower, heater, control panel, jets, LED, Bluetooth module, plumbing fittings).

  • Freestanding Bathtubs (non-jetted)
    -5 years on the acrylic shell against defects in materials and workmanship.
    -1 year on included faucet and drain hardware against finish and functional defects.

  • LED Bathroom Mirrors
    -2 years on the mirror silvering against defects (black-edge, peeling, fogging from material defect).
    -1 year on electrical components: LED panel, anti-fog defogger, touch sensor, and dimmer.

  • Shower Panels
    -2 years on functional hardware: thermostatic valve, diverter, shower heads, body jets, hand shower, and connecting hoses.
    -1 year on the panel finish against defects.

  • Smart Coffee Tables
    -1 year on electronic and smart components: wireless charging modules, integrated speakers, LED lighting, refrigeration unit (where applicable), and USB ports.
    -1 year on structural components (frame, hinges) against defects in materials and workmanship.

All warranties run from the date of delivery and apply only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. The warranty is non-transferable.

3. Warranty Exclusions

The following are not covered under our warranty:

  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Normal wear and tear, discoloration, or fading due to exposure to sunlight, chemicals, or cleaning products.

  • Damage resulting from accidents, fire, flood, or acts of nature.

  • Any labor, installation, or transportation costs associated with warranty claims.

  • Products installed or used in commercial settings, unless specified in writing.

  • Cosmetic defects reported more than 7 days after delivery (visible cosmetic issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product, along with photos, for evaluation).

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@whirlwell.ca or call 1 (888) 863-9598 with your order details and proof of purchase.

  2. Provide a detailed description of the issue along with photos or videos of the defect.

  3. Our team will review your claim and determine if the issue falls under warranty coverage.

  4. If approved, we will provide replacement parts at no cost (excluding labor and shipping charges where applicable).

  5. In some cases, a return of the defective item may be required for further inspection.

5. Limitations of Liability

  • WhirlWell International's liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective part or product.

  • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

  • Warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

6. Additional Warranty Information

  • Any repair or modification performed by unauthorized service providers will void the warranty.

  • If a replacement part is no longer available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative solution of equal or greater value.

  • Warranty claims must be made within the applicable warranty period.
